It's time to move over the basic cabbage recipes and add a twist to the vegetable. Here's a delishaaas unique recipe shared by Chef Saransh Goila.

• Start by washing cabbage well and then shredding it into thin slices.

• Also, thinly chop carrots, onions, spring onion greens, ginger, and green chillies.

• Once done, add all the vegetables to a bowl and prepare a mixture using besan, salt, crushed black pepper, sugar, and some water.

• In the next step, melt some butter in a pan and add a generous amount of the veggie mixture. • Fry it on low flame for about 5 minutes till you get that golden brown texture.

• Next, take a toasted bread, put the hot-fried cabbage slice, garnish with some mayonnaise, tamarind chutney, and sriracha sauce, and lastly make a sandwich with another toasted bread. • You can cut it in halves before serving.
