The recipe of this drink is quite simple and Chef Neha Deepak Shah took to her Instagram to share it with us! We have given a complete breakdown of it for you to replicate at home.

3-4 tbsp yoghurt 1/2 tsp dried mint leaves 1/2 tsp dried rose petals Salt Soda Water/Sparkling Water Chopped cucumber

1. To begin with, take some yoghurt in a big bowl. 2. Then add some water and salt to it. 3. Churn the mix till the mixture becomes frothy.

4. Now, add crushed, dried mint leaves and rose petals to the yoghurt mix. 5. Churn the mixture again.

6. It’s not time to add the second main ingredient of the drink - soda. 7. And that’s it, your drink is ready to be served. 8. Take some chopped cucumber in a glass and fill it with the Doogh.
