Chef Saloni Kukreja took to Instagram to share the recipe for Carrot Milk, a popular Malaysian street speciality.
4 carrots ½ cup milk (or milk of choice) 1-2 tablespoons honey Crushed ice 1 pod of cardamom (optional)

1. Peal and chop the carrots into small pieces.
2. Add the carrot to a blender jar along with the milk.
3. Now, add some honey, cardamom (optional), and some ice to it.
4. Blend everything together.
5. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove any pulp.
6. Squeeze out all the liquid and serve chilled over crushed ice.
