Chef Aruna Vijay shared an amazing recipe for Gud Til Papdi on Instagram, and it is something you cannot miss out on.
¼ cup sesame seeds 1 tsp ghee ¼ cup jaggery Pistachios

1. In a pan, roast sesame seeds until light golden and set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt some ghee and add jaggery to it. 3. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Immediately add toasted sesame seeds to the jaggery mixture & mix well.
5. Place it on a greased silicon mat/parchment paper and add chopped pistachios on top. 6. Quickly roll mixture into thin papdi.
And that’s it! Your Gud Til Papdi is ready to be served and enjoyed!
