Now, Chef Saransh Goila has shared a recipe for Pistachio Horchata and it is a creamy, delicious delight and here’s how you can make it.
Dry roasted rice Dry roasted pistachio Cinnamon sticks Vanilla essence Water Sugar Condensed milk Milk

1. Take 1 and 1/2 dry roasted rice, 1/2 cup dry roasted pistachio, and 2-3 cinnamon sticks in a big bowl and soak them in warm water overnight.
2. Then, put it all in a blender with a few drops of vanilla essence, 1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of sugar. 3. Blend it all.
4. Now, strain it all, so there is no grainy rice residual left.
5. In the strained liquid, add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and 1/2 cup of milk. 6. Mix everything well.
And that’s it, your Pistachio Horchata is ready! Serve it chilled with lots of ice and enjoy!
