2 tbsp of jaggery 8-10 tamarind or imli 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of besan Salt to taste 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder 1/8 tsp of haldi power 1 tsp of Ajwain Oil 1 tsp of oil 1 tsp of jeera 1 tsp of red chilli powder Pinch of hing Water if required

Make a sweet and sour water with jaggery and soaked tamarind and strain it. Then, add cold water to it.

In another bowl, add besan, turmeric, chilli powder, ajwain and salt. Add water to it and make a dosa batter.

Pour the batter over a non-stick pan, add oil as required and make dosas or chillas.

Tear tbe dosa into small pieces and add it into the tamarind-jaggery water.

Finish it off with a tadka with oil, red chilli powder, hing and jeera. Your Amlavani AKA Imli Raita is ready!
