This is a Filipino dessert which is a mango sago drink-like dessert. It's refreshing during the summer season. Fathima Yusuf AKA Sadiya shared a recipe on her Insta handle.

- 2 tbsp of vegetarian gelatine -1/2 cup of hot water -1/2 cup of hot water -500 ml of coconut water drink -3/4 cup of sago (boiled with 3 to 4 cups of water) -2 large mangoes -2 to 3 cups milk -1/2 to 3/4 cup of condensed milk (as per your sweetness intake)

First, empty coconut water into a bowl and add gelatine mixed with hot water into it. Mix this well and refrigerate it.

Once the jelly is ready then cut it into small cubes.

Then, cut two fresh mangoes into small cubes.

Then, add the jelly, mangoes, condensed milk, sago and other ingredients together. Mix well.
