Frying fulko luchi is an art! You need to follow several steps to get the desired flakiness and shape.

The first and most important step is to knead the dough really well.

To make the dough, you will need 250 g flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, about 20 g oil, and half-glass water.

Mix the dry ingredients and then add oil. The next step is to add warm water to knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Keep it aside for about half an hour.

Cut the dough into small rounded balls and roll evenly.

Fry the luchis in hot oil and press them very gently. While taking it out of the kadhai, drain the oil well.

And the puffed luchis are ready to be served.
