• Take a few over-ripe bananas and mash them ideally using a fork or a blender. Mash them till you mix all the chunks and get the desired smooth texture.

• Next add oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Make sure you do not add a lot of ingredients and add according to your quantity and taste. Keep mixing until sugar granules dissolve and everything gets mixed.

• Next, add wheat flour, salt, a pinch of baking soda, and baking powder (1 tsp for about 2 cups of flour) to the mixed bananas. Follow the cut and fold process and mix the batter well.

• If the batter is quite thick, add very little amount of milk or water. • Chop your favourite dry fruits and add them to the mix.

• For baking it, grease the pan, pour the batter, and bake for at least 45 minutes at 180°C. • Once it is baked, cut into slices and enjoy!
