Do me a favour let's play Holi and enjoy some yummy dishes! Here's a chatpata Holi special chaat recipe shared by Chef Aruna Vijay.

• Start preparing the appetising snack recipe by making pani. Take a mixer grinder and add pudina leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, hing, chaat masala, red chilli powder, grounded cumin seeds, grounded coriander seeds, salt, and tamarind water.

• Once mixed well, add water and garnish with sliced onions and coriander leaves. Next, transfer it inside the refrigerator to chill.

• To make the yummy pakodas, make a batter using besan, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ajwain, and water.

• After the paste is ready, fry small-sized pakodas in oil. Once fried well, put them in a bowl of salted water for about half an hour.

• Then, squeeze out the excess water gently and add it to the freshly prepared mint water.

• Garnish with grated carrots and radish and relish the dish.
