Many times, while cooking, our measure of chilli powder sometimes goes wrong, making the dish extra spicy.

Hacks to the rescue

 If it goes well with your dish add some whole fat milk into the dish.

1. Milk

Add little honey or sugar to balance the spicy flavour with sweetness.

2. Honey

Add some teaspoons of vinegar as it is acidic in nature.

3. Vinegar

Add some chopped tomatoes into the dish and give it a 2 min cook.

According the extra spice in the dish, squeeze and add some lemon juice into it.

Add tablespoons of yoghurt into the dish and watch all the spiciness disappear.
