Vegetable oil does wonders in the process of baking bread. Adding some oil to the dry ingredients can help in not forming any extra gluten and making the bread very soft and fluffy.

1. Add Fats

If you want bread to rise well and become fluffy, you can even add some potato water to mix the ingredients.

Dissolve the dry yeast in water that is a bit warmer than lukewarm water but not too hot to touch.

Put some flour on a flat surface and then start kneading the mix of all ingredients. Keep kneading till you see all the dry flour gets mixed with the dough and there is no flour left on the surface. Also, the dough is going to be elastic and not sticky.
