Here's the easiest recipe to follow to make tri-coloured rice at home.

Wash good-quality Basmati rice and cook it well.

To make three types of rice, separate cooked rice into three portions.

Take a pan, add ghee and cumin seeds, and saute it. Then add carrot puree, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, some water, and add rice.

Let the rice cook for some time till you get the fragrance all around your kitchen.

You can simply make jeera rice. Heat ghee in a pan and add black cumin and cumin and saute for some time. Then add rice & mix everything well. Lastly, add salt and sugar according to taste, and you are done.

To make green rice, take a pan and heat ghee, ginger paste, cumin seeds and saute for some time. Then add spinach puree and stir.

Add cooked rice to the puree and cook well.
