First saute chopped onion and garlic in a little butter and oil.

Then, add tomato puree, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt and let the soup simmer.

Next, add the chopped veggies and corn flour slurry and keep mixing.

Add the boiled macaroni to the tomato soup with a little water and cover with a lid.

Remove the lid and add oregano, tomato sauce and red chilli flakes and soy sauce. Garnish with coriander and serve the Macaroni Soup hot.
