2 raw mangoes (pressure cooked) 1.5 tbsp besan 1 tbsp jaggery + 1.5 tsp sugar Cumin, methi, heeng, chilies, curry leaves, turmeric Grated ginger & coriander leaves

Extract pulp from cooked mangoes. Blend it with besan slurry for a smooth mix. Add ~1.5 cups water for the right consistency.

In ghee, temper: Cumin + Methi + Heeng Green & red chilies Curry leaves + Turmeric + Ginger

Add mango-besan mix, jaggery, sugar & salt. Let it simmer till it bubbles. Adjust taste and thickness as per preference.
