Chef Guntas Sethi has a simple Croissant Recipe which you can make in just 15 minutes with rice paper.

2 eggs 1/4 cup of milk 1.5 tbsp of powdered sugar 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tbsp of melted butter 1/4 tsp of cinnamon 1/4 tsp of baking powder 3 rice paper sheets (for 1 croissant) 1 piece of chocolate (or any filling of your choice)

First, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter along with sugar and vanilla extract.

Next, dip your rice papers in this mixture. Assemble three of the coated rice papers one on top of the other.

Using a pair of scissor cut the rice paper into triangles and place them one on top of the other.

Then, add a piece of chocolate in it and roll it to form a triangular croissant shape.

Finally, sprinkle the croissant with powdered sugar and air fry it. Your Rice Paper Croissants are ready!
