Dhruvi Jain shared a recipe for Paneer Ghee Roast. This is a Mangalorean delicacy that doesn't have tomatoes, curd or cream.

7-8 Kashmiri chillies (soaked) 6-7 cashews (soaked) 1/4 cup of ghee 150g of homemade paneer 1/2 tsp of jeera 1/2 tsp of coriander powder 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/2 tsp of amchur powder 1/4 cup of water 2 tbsp of fresh Malai Kasuri Methi (optional)

First add soaked red chillies and cashews into a blender and blend till it forms a masala blend or paste.

Then, roast the paneer pieces over medium heat till they become golden brown.

Then, add little ghee and roast jeera, coriander powder, turmeric powder Kashmiri chillies and the freshly made masala.

Then, add some amchur powder, salt and a little water and cook till the ghee separates.

Finally, add the paneer pieces, kasturi methi and some fresh cream (optional) and then mix together. Your Paneer Ghee Roast is ready!
