How To Make Paneer Bhurji 

1. Mash the paneer with your finger and set it aside. 2. Take a few tablespoons of ghee/oil in a pan and slightly heat it. 3. Then add some cumin seeds and chopped onions to the oil. Saute it well. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and some chillies (optional) and cook it on medium flame.

5. Next, add tomatoes and saute them well. Once the tomatoes soften, add salt (as per taste) to the ingredients in the pan. 6. Time to add all the previously mentioned spices. Mix it all well for a couple of seconds

Final Step

 Finally, add the crumbled paneer and mix it all together. Cook it for a few minutes and your paneer bhurji is ready to serve. You can also garnish it with some coriander leaves.
