1/3 water 2/3 eggs Salt Daju powder (optional)

First, take a stone bowl or casserole and fill it with water up to one and half inches from the top.

Then, pour the water into a measuring bowl to see how much it holds. For the bowl used by Michael Tchao, it's 700 ml. So, use 233 ml of water.

In the measuring bowl with 233 ml of water, keep breaking eggs till it reaches the 700 ml mark.

Add the eggs, salt and daju powder in a bowl and whisk it well.

Pour the egg mixture into the stone bowl and let it steam on high for 3-4 minutes, keep mixing. Then cover the lid and let it steam on low. Your Korean Steamed Eggs are ready!
