- 1 big cucumber - 1 cup thick curd - Salt to taste - 1 green chilli - 1/4 cup grated coconut - 1/4 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds) - 2 teaspoons coconut oil - 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds - 2 dried red chillies - A small sprig of curry leaves

Wash, peel, deseed, and chop the cucumber into bite-sized cubes.

Boil the cucumber with salt in a kadai until dry, then set aside.
