1. Fill a metal filter (phin) with 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground Vietnamese coffee.

2. Put the filter on top of a cup or mug. Pour 200 ml of hot water slowly into the filter and let it drip through.

3. When the dripping stops, remove the filter and stir in a couple of teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk until everything is well combined.
