2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) 4 sweet potatoes 4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar ½ tbsp coarse sea salt 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Chop the 4 sweet potatoes into bite-sized portions and place them in a large bowl
3. Add gochujang (Korean chili paste), olive oil, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, & coarse sea salt to it. 4. Place the lid and shake it to coat sweet potatoes.
5. Place the potatoes on baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil. 6. Place on the low rack of the oven and cook for 15-17 minutes
7. Flip the potatoes and again keep them for 5-7 minutes. Let them turn golden brown. 8.Sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
