-Tendli (Ivy gourd) (chopped) -Potatoes (chopped) -Green chillies (slit) -Oil -1 medium-sized onion -2-3 garlic cloves -Tamarind -Cumin seeds -Coriander seeds -Red chilli powder - Cooked rice (can use leftover rice)

First, roast sliced tinde, chopped potatoes and slit green chillies in a kadai with little oil on medium heat. Season with salt.

In a blender add, chopped onion, garlic cloves, tamarind, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, Add little water and make a paste.

Add this paste along with little water from the paste into the kadai with tinde and potatoes.

Then, add cooked rice into this kadai.
