• Prawn • Salt • Turmeric powder • Coriander seeds • Cumin seeds • Cloves • Black peppercorns • Dried red chillies • Tamarind pulp • Water • Ghee • Curry leaves

• First, marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder and keep them aside for some time.

• Next, dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, and dried red chillies.

• Transfer all these roasted spices to a blender and add tamarind pulp and water. Blend these ingredients to a fine paste.

• Add ghee to a pan and pour the spice mixture. Add marinated prawns and cook for some time.

• Lastly, add curry leaves and mix everything once again.
