• Carrot • White beans Garlic • Olive oil • Salt • Black pepper powder • Lemon • Cumin Powder • Water
• Preheat your oven to 200°C for about 10 minutes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add carrot pieces and an entire garlic. Cut the garlic in halves before adding to the tray.

• Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Bake for about 20 minutes till carrot pieces soften to smoothen easily.

• Once done, let the veggies cool down. Next, add everything to a food processor or mixer grinder. Pour lemon juice, cumin powder, overnight soaked white beans, salt if needed, and water according to your desired consistency.

• Blend smoothly, scoop the dip out, serve on a plate, and garnish with olive oil.
