Collect 1 cup of chana dal, 1/4 cup of urad dal, 2 tablespoons of poha, 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of eno, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of hing, and 1/2 teaspoon of haldi powder.

In a blender, combine washed and dried chana dal and urad dal, poha, eno, salt, hing, and haldi powder. Blend until you achieve a slightly coarse mixture.

Take 3/4 cup of the blended mixture and set it aside as your premix.

Combine the premix with 1 cup of water in a mixing bowl. Stir well until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
