For Mushroom: • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic • 1 finely chopped onion • Button mushrooms • 2 cubes butter • 1 tbsp chilli flakes • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning • 1 tbsp red chilli powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 tbsp tomato paste • Chopped spinach • 1/2 cup fresh cream For Herbed Rice: • 2 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp chopped garlic • 1 tbsp chilli flakes • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning • 2 cups leftover rice • Chopped coriander

• Saute chopped garlic and onion in oil for some time. Add washed mushrooms and butter cubes and toss till everything is almost cooked to perfection.

• Next, add Italian seasoning, chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, tomato paste, water, and chopped spinach.

• After all ingredients are cooked well, pour fresh cream and mix gently. The mouth-watering creamy butter garlic mushroom is ready.

• To make herbed rice, add butter to a pan and saute chopped garlic. Next, add chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, leftover rice, and chopped coriander. Mix well and herbed rice is ready to be served.
