-2 large potatoes -1-2 tsp olive oil -1 bay leaf -2 garlic cloves -1/2 onion -1 tsp chilli flakes -1 tsp salt -1 tsp dried oregano - 1 tomato -1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp cumin powder - Salt -Mayonnaise -Water

Chop the two large potatoes into cubes and place them into cold water.

Dry the potato cubes and deep fry them. Salt the potatoes and keep them aside.

Make the sauce by adding olive oil to a pan. Then, add bay leaf, garlic cloves, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes,salt, paprika and oregano.

Add the spice powders and flavourings and let it cool for awhile. Then, blend the ingredients to make a coarse dip.
