-Garlic -Red chillies - Turmeric -Coriander powder -Salt -Boiled baby potatoes -Onions -Tomatoes -Water -Fresh Coriander

Use a mortar and pestle to grind garlic, red chillies, coriander powder, haldi powder and salt.

Then, shallow fry the baby potatoes in oil and add some red chilly powder and salt to them and keep this aside.

In the same pan, add cumin and finely chopped onions and saute it well till the onions turn golden brown. Later, add garlic paste and water.

Add chopped tomatoes and salt and let the gravy cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Finally, add the sauteed boiled potatoes and water and adjust the consistency of the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your Kathiyawadi Lasaniya Batata is ready!
