Craving decadent bounty bars? It's time to prepare these delicious sweet delights at home following Chef Shilarna Vaze's recipe.

• 2 tbsp ghee or tup • 3 cups grated coconut • 3/4 cup raw sugar or white sugar • 1/4 cup almond powder • 2 tbsp milk powder • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder • 2 tbsp cream • 1/2 cup melted chocolate • 2 tbsp coconut oil

• Add ghee to a pan and saute grated coconut. Next, add sugar and cook till granules melt. Turn off your gas and mix almond powder, milk powder, cardamom powder, and cream into the coconut mixture.

• Next, make rectangular-shaped bite-sized bars with the sweet coconut mixture and refrigerate them for a couple of hours.

• Meanwhile, mix melted chocolate with coconut oil and coat all the bars perfectly.

• Refrigerate the sweet treats again and take them out only before eating them.
