2 cups of water Pinch of salt 1-2 tsp of ghee 2 cups rice flour Oil for tadka 1 tsp of Mustard seeds 1 tbsp of Urad dal 1 tbsp of Chana dal 3 Dry red chilies 1 tsp of Chopped ginger Chopped green chilies 1/2 tsp of Hing Curry leaves

First, combine water, oil and ghee in a pan and bring it to a boil.

Then, add rice flour to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.

Next, knead the dough and then make small balls out of the rice flour dough.

Steam the small balls of rice flour dough like you would steam idlis.
