Summer is the best time to enjoy fresh and juicy jamuns. What about preparing pani puri with this summer seasonal fruit? Chef Saranash Goila shared a simple delisahaas recipe.

• 200g jamuns • Coriander leaves • Mint leaves • 1 green chilli • 1/2 inch ginger • 1/4 cup sugar • 1/4 cup water • Ice cubes • Salt • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp chaat masala • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder • 1 lemon • Boondi

• Add deseeded jamuns, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, sugar, and water according to desired consistency to a blender and mix everything well.

• Transfer the mixture to a bowl to add more ingredients.

• Next, add ice cubes, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and boondi.

• Give all the ingredients a nice stir.
Once done, pour it in stuffed puris and enjoy!
