• 25 Baby Onions • 1 tbsp Salt • About 10 slices of Ginger • 1 tbsp Sugar • 5 Green Chillies • 1/2 cup slices of Beetroot • 1½ cup Vinegar

• Take a bowl and add baby onions, ginger, sugar, green chillies, beetroot, and vinegar.

• Mix everything well so that salt and sugar dissolve nicely. • Keep the bowl aside for a few hours.

• You can enjoy the deliciousness after soaking the ingredients for at least 4 hours. But to get the best taste, soak everything for about a day.
