• Green capsicum • Red bell pepper • Yellow bell pepper • Tomato • Onion • Cucumber • Paneer • Oil • Salt • Cumin powder • Red chilli powder • Bread • Cheese slices • Mayonnaise • Green chutney • Red chutney

• Start preparing the sandwich by chopping all vegetables. Cut them into your desired shapes.

• Cut paneer into thin slices. Next, drizzle some oil on a pan and temper salt, cumin powder, and red chilli powder. Toss paneer slices in this spicy mixture.

• Slice your bread vertically and layer a few cheese slices. Toast it on a pan till the slices melt. Make sure to cover the pan during this process.

• Meanwhile, prepare the sandwich dressing. Mix mayonnaise with green chutney.
