This indulgent treat, popularised by FIX Desserts, merges the traditional Kunafa's crispiness with a rich, gooey chocolate centre.
Chocolate Chips, Katafi, Pistachio Spread and Butter.
Take a pan and add butter.
Toss some katafi and roast them till golden in colour.
Cool in down and add pistachio spread to the toasted katafi.
In another bowl take chocolate and melt it on a double boiler or just microwave it.
Take a mold of chocolate bars and add one layer of chocolate to it spreading it evenly.
Add the katafi and pistachio mixture to on the chocolate
Add some more melted chocolate on top to cover the bar and put it in the fridge of atleast two hours.
