Ragi Kanji For The Win 

Somewhat Chef Shruti Mahajan has a recipe for Ragi Kanji made with Ragi flour. This dish is good for digestion, weight management and even soothes diabetes as it has a lot of calcium.

Ingredients 

* ¼ cup of Ragi flour/finger millet flour * Salt as per your taste * 3/4th cup of Dahi * 500ml Water * 1 Tsp of Ghee * 1 Tsp of Jeera * 1/2 Tsp of Mustard Seeds * Curry Leaves/Coriander * Pinch of hing (optional)

Step 1 

First, pour 300 ml of water into a pan and then add ragi flour.

Keep whisking it on medium heat till the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Keep it aside to cool.

Step 2 

Then, add curd, salt and adjust the consistency with water.

Make a tadka with ghee, jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
