• Start preparing the sweets by dry roasting sabudana on a pan for about half an hour.

• Once done, transfer it to a bowl, keep it aside, and let it cool down properly. Then use a mixer grinder to make its powder.

• In the same pan, dry roast finely ground coconut for some time. • Next, add sabudana powder to the roasted coconut.

• In the next step, add some sugar, cardamom powder, and some cashew nuts, and cook well for a few minutes. Make sure to roast the cashew nuts in some ghee before adding.
• Once prepared, let the mixture cool down and form ladoos with it.
