• 100g Marie biscuit • 50g butter • 150g hung curd • 1/4 cup icing sugar • Vanilla extract • 150g non-dairy sweetened whipping cream

• Grind Marie biscuits into fine powder using a rolling pin or a mixer grinder. Transfer the biscuit powder into a bowl and mix melted butter to it.

• Take a cake tin and layer it with a parchment paper. Pour buttery biscuit powder into the mould and press it gently. Refrigerate it.

• Next, whisk hung curd, icing sugar, and vanilla extract together till you get a smooth consistency.

• Take another bowl and whip non-dairy sweetened whipping cream. Once done, fold the curd mixture with whipped cream.

• In the last step, spread the cream mixture evenly on the refrigerated biscuit mould and keep it inside a fridge overnight again.
