-3 tbsp of Oil -1/4 tsp of Methi -1 tbsp of Coriander seeds - 6 Tomatoes -8-9 cloves of Garlic -1 small seedlesss Tamarind ball -2 to 3 Green chillies - 1 cup of Coriander leaves with stem -1/4 tsp of Turmeric -1 tsp of Salt -1 tbsp of Oil - 1/8 tsp of Hing -1 sprig of Curry leaves -1 tsp Chana Dal -1 tsp of Urad dal 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds -5 Kashmiri dry red chillies

First, slight tomatoes into small pieces.

Next, heat a pan with oil, then add methi, coriander seeds, green chillies and garlic cloves.

Once the spices are cooked, then add the chopped tomatoes and coriander, slat and turmeric. Cover it and let it cook.

Remove the cover and let it cook again. Once it is nicely cooked, blend all the ingredients to form a coarse paste.

Add a great tadka of oil, curry leaves, hing, urad dal, channa dal and red chilllies. Your Tomato Pachadi is done!
