Make Arabic Pudding In Just 15 Minutes With This Recipe By Chef Guntas Sethi

Ingredients

-500ml milk -1 tbsp Vanilla Custard -3 tbsp sugar -8 slices of bread -200ml fresh cream -1 tbsp condensed milk For Garnish: -rose petals -chopped nuts

Step 1 

Mix milk, half of the condensed milk, and custard powder in a pot. Bring it to a boil, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Once done, set it aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, mix the fresh cream with the remaining condensed milk until smooth and well combined.

Step 2 

Take the slices of bread and cut off the crusts. Then, cut each slice in half to create smaller pieces.

Step 3 

In a serving dish, place a layer of the bread slices at the bottom. Pour a layer of the prepared custard over the bread, spreading it evenly.

Step 4 

Add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the custard layer. Repeat the process with another layer of bread, followed by custard, and finish with a layer of cream on top.

Step 5

Top the pudding with freshly chopped nuts and rose petals for garnish.

Step 6

Serve Chilled

Place the dish in the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
