1 cup sooji 2 cups water 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil Peri Peri Masala
1. In boiling water, add salt, oil, and sooji. 2. Whisk to bring it all together till you get a paste-like consistency.
3. Once it cools down, knead it well. 4. Take small potions and give it a ring-like shape.
5. Deep fry them until golden brown.
6. Add some peri-peri masala.
