1. To prepare your dosa batter, take some samak chawal and sabudana in a blender along with some curd and water 2. Once you get a thick paste, add sendha namak to it and set it aside.
3. For some fresh chutney, take some coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, a handful of roasted peanuts, some curry leaves, desiccated coconut, cumin seeds, sendha namak, and some curd and water in a blender. 4. Blend it to make a nice coconut chutney.
5. For the dosa filling, take one tbsp of ghee, chopped ginger, green chillies, curry leaves & boiled potatoes in a pan. 6. Add in sendha namak, peanuts and coriander leaves and bring it all together.
7. Time to make the dosa. Grease the tawa with some ghee and pour in the dosa batter. 8. Add in a little ghee and then put the potato filling in the middle along with some black pepper powder. 9. Fold the dosa.
And that’s it! Your vrat-special dosa is ready to be enjoyed with the coriander-coconut chutney!
