2 cups boiled corn niblets ½ cup water 1 cup sooji 2 chopped green chillies 1 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp oregano Handful chopped coriander 4 tbsp chopped bell peppers ¾ tsp baking powder Salt ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
1. Add the boiled corn and water to a blender and mix until the mixture is coarse.
2. Add the corn mixture in a bowl and add sooji, green chillies, chilli flakes, oregano, and coriander.
3. Put bell peppers and your choice of veggies in the bowl as well. 4. Also, add some baking powder and salt to the mixture.
5. Mix everything well and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
6. Drizzle some oil on the toaster and add a layer of corn-sooji batter to it. 7. Then, add some grated cheese. 8. Top it with another thin layer of batter.
9. Let the toast cook. 10. Once done, just dig in and enjoy!
