• To make this quick and healthy breakfast, start by adding some oil to a pan.

• Add mustard seeds, urad dal, chaana dal, curry leaves, and rava, and saute all the ingredients till you get the perfect aroma.

• Once done, let the mixture cool down for a bit and add some ragi flour to it. Mix the batter with some curd and keep the bowl aside for at least half an hour.

• You can add some water later to get the desired consistency.

• Then, add grated carrot, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, and other vegetables of your choice. Sprinkle some fruit salt and add Eno as well.

• Once the batter is ready, transfer it to a mould. Once the fluffy idlis are ready, serve with spicy chutney.•
