1/4 cup of yogurt 1/2 tsp of baking soda 1 1/2 cup of maida 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp of oil Approx 1/4 cup of milk to knead the dough (add slowly)

Mix baking soda with curd and keep it aside.

Take a bowl and add maida, salt and baking powder and give it a good mix. Then, add oil and the yoghurt mixture.

Make a dough out of the mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough well for 2 to 3 minutes and cut it into two halves. Roll it to form dough with one inch thickness. Using a circle cutter, cut into circles.

Deep fry these in hot oil and fill it with Nutella and top with powdered sugar.
