1/2 Bowl of Almonds 1/2 Bowl of Cashews 8 Dates 1/2 Bowl of Oats 1 Glass of Warm Milk 1 Bowl of Grated Milk Compound Chocolate

First, add the deseeded dates, cashews, almonds and oats into a bowl.

Pour warm milk over it and let it soak for 30 minutes.

Then, blend the soaked oats and dry fruits together with grated chocolate.

Transfer the mixture to a container with more grated chocolate, cover the container with cling foil and let it feeeze.
