- 1 and half cup of Makhana/ Fox nuts - 3/4 cup of Raw Peanuts -1 medium Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 small Cucumber (finely chopped ) - 1/2 Carrot (grated) -1/4 cup of Raw Mango (finely chopped) - 1 small Beetroot (blanched and finely chopped or grated) -1 cup of Coriander or Parsley (finely chopped) -Salt to taste - 1 tsp of Black pepper powder - 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder - Lemon juice - 1 tbsp of Oil/ Desi ghee - 1/4 cup of Pomegranate (for topping)

First, add ghee to a heated pan and toast makhana and peanuts on a low flame.

In a separate plate, arrange chopped cucumber, grated carrots, beetroot, tomato and onions. Squeeze lemon on it.

Mix the roasted makhana and peanuts with the other ingredients.
