Try This Healthy Recipe

Instagrammer Maya (@fitgreenmind) shared a recipe where she made healthy pasta at home from scratch and you cannot miss this recipe. 

Ingredients

Pasta 3 large handfuls spinach 12 tbsp flour a pinch of salt Sauce 3 large handfuls spinach 1/2 bunch coriander/parsley Salt Pepper 30g cashews 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 lemon juice

Spinach Pasta Recipe

1. To make the pasta, put some  spinach leaves in a blender along with some flour and salt. 2. Blend it all together.

Follow These Steps

3. Mix until you get a dough-like consistency. 4. Now, knead it a few times by hand. 5. Once the dough is ready, cover it and set it aside. 

Make The Pesto Sauce

6. Time to work on the sauce. In a clean blender, add some spinach, some parsley or coriander, and a little lemon juice and olive oil. 7. Next, throw in some cashews and salt and pepper as per taste.   8. Mix it all together to make the pasta sauce. 

Continue Following These Steps 

9. To make the pasta, heat up a pot of salted water. 10. Cut the pasta dough into the water using a scissor and cook it until the pasta floats to the top.

Bring It All Together

11. Scoop it out and mix it with  the freshly prepared pesto in a pan  & you’re done!
