-Mussels - 300g - Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tbsp - Pepper Powder 1 tsp - Fennel powder 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala 1/2 tsp - Salt - Crushed Ginger Garlic Shallots

In a bowl, add all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the mussels for 30 minutess

Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a pan.
