• 1 red bell pepper • 1 big-sized tomato • 7 cashews • 5-6 basil leaves • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp olive oil • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp oregano • Salt • 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional) • 1/2 cup milk (instead of using cream) • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

• Start by adding salt and pasta in hot water and boil them.

• Apply oil on a bell paper and a tomato and roast them till they are properly charred. Make sure to roast veggies on a medium flame.

• Remove the burnt peels and cut these into pieces. Next, take a blender and add charred vegetables, soaked cashews, and basil leaves and grind into a fine pasta sauce.

• Take a pan, and add butter and olive oil. Next, add chilli flakes and oregano to enhance taste and flavours. Add pasta sauce and cook for some time. Mix cream/ milk to it and add pasta. Cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
